Sussex County Disability Focus Group

Do you or someone you love live with a disability? Are you a Sussex County resident? If so, please attend the Individuals with Disabilities Focus Group to share your experience, opinions and needs.
This event will be held from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on August 5th, 2015 at the Visions (formerly Tri-Co) Community Room, located at 47 US Rt. 206, Frankford, NJ 07822. The Focus Group is part of an effort to identify the needs of individuals with disabilities residing in Sussex County. If you are unable to attend, you can still participate in the needs by completing this survey and returning it to the county by August 5th at the following address:
