DESCRIPTION:Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of New Jersey (PLAN NJ)\nPresenter: Jason Miller\, Director of Social Services\, PLAN NJ \n“Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of New Jersey\, Inc. helps families of people with disabilities answer the question\, ‘Who will care for my loved one once I am gone?’” \nIn this session\, Jason Miller will address future planning issues such as independent living supports\, estate planning\, and legal and financial protections. Topics include how to implement a future life plan for people with disabilities; guardianship and alternatives to guardianship; Special Needs Trusts; and ABLE accounts. Mr. Miller will also share how PLAN NJ can assist families with their future planning needs.
