This presentation will explain what the Community Care Program is, the eligibility
requirements for the Community Care Program, how to apply to the CCP Priority Waiting List,
what happens when your child’s name is reached, and what circumstances make an
individual eligible for emergency placement and how to request such a placement. At the end
of the presentation caregivers will be able to ask questions.
