ELS: Understanding Emotions – Inside Out Movie

This class will be in-person only at the DAWNcil Denville Office, 6pm to 8pm. Weather permitting this will be shown outside.

Sometimes we can become overwhelmed with emotions that we may not understand. This class will allow you to learn about the different types of emotions utilizing the Disney film, Inside Out. The film shows how our varying emotions combine to make up our vast feelings. The film will be followed by a discussion on emotional regulation.
