“Maximizing the IEP and Educational Entitlements”

On May 18, 2017, at 10 a.m., the Sussex County Disability Services Advisory Council in collaboration with SCCC’s Legal Studies Program will present this workshop to help parents, educators and others involved in the education of students with disabilities understand the specific requirements of the recent Endrew F. Supreme Court Decision. The program will be presented by Hinkle, Fingles, Prior & Fischer Attorneys at Law. The workshop will take place at The Atrium of the Performing Arts Center, Sussex County Community College, One College Hill Road, Newton, NJ. There will be light refreshments.
